  • Create your custom fields in Movidesk.
  • Include your new fields on Movidesk’s templates for data loading.
  • Load the spreadsheets with your data – agents, customers, departments, companies, and assets.
  • Use Movidesk’s loaders to upload your data into Movidesk.
  • If you need to load your history of tickets, you can either use our APIs or also prepare our standard spreadsheets for tickets, ticket notes and history, and ticket attachments – and we will load them for you.

Movidesk will load all of your data in the right places. It will even automatically fill in any required identifiers that you opted to leave blank in your spreadsheets.
